Consider the Features of Stainless Steel Wine Barrels

In the last edition of The Grapevine Magazine, a feature article titled “The Advantages of Steel Wine Barrels” extolled the many advantages of using stainless steel in the winemaking process. Winemaking as a concept is evolving and so are the techniques of winemaking. People are looking for a less oaky, freshly made wine that is “in the moment”. In fact, in the United States, ninety percent of wine produced is fit to be consumed immediately and does not require any aging. The consumer market is evolving and changing.
