The Skolnik carbon steel drum are suitable for the transportation and storage of a variety of products including various hazardous materials. The most used industrial package in the world, carbon steel drums have proven their usefulness for over 100 years. Available in size ranging from 3 to 110 gallon, Skolnik also manufactures the standard 55 gallon steel drum as well. Available in both open head and tight head styles, shippers have the option of purchasing drums with various interior coatings including epoxy phenolic and 100% phenolic. Other options include 2” and 3/4” Tri-Sure or Rieke plugs and flanges. In addition, drums are available with various gaskets including sponge rubber, neoprene and EPDM. Carbon steel drums come painted standard with a black body and white cover, custom colors are available upon request. Skolnik’s carbon steel drums are UN certified for solids and liquids.
