Inside a Skolnik steel drum, the cider can maintain its freshness and sweet flavor regardless of temperature change, as well as maintain the pressure inside the drum while cider naturally produces carbon dioxide. Steel barrels are completely suitable for international shipping as they can sustain their pressure inside the drum and thwart leakage despite any dents or marks from minor shipping accidents.
