Stainless steel barrels make the perfect container for holding wine because of their anti-corrosive properties, protecting the drum from the acidic character of wines. Skolnik steel wine barrels can come in 5-55 gallon capacities, and are equipped with a side valve with a closed head. Along with maintaining the wine’s fruitiness and exquisite taste during storage, the 55 gallon steel barrel is made to fit on standard wine racks, which promises well-organized storage.
