We know many of our customers are big fans of NASCAR. Well, this summer, drivers will be racing the streets of downtown Chicago for the first time in NASCAR history.
As the home of the nation’s first automobile race in 1895, the inaugural Chicago Street Race will recognize the city of Chicago with the Grant Park 220 and The Loop 121.
Experiencing the Chicago Street Race in person will be experiencing NASCAR history in the flesh. The unprecedented 12-turn, 2.2-mile street race will take the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series past and through many of Chicago’s most renowned downtown landmarks during the Fourth of July Weekend, July 1-2, 2023.
“Chicago is one of the most iconic cities in the world, and the first-ever NASCAR Cup Series street race in the heart of downtown will be one of the can’t-miss sporting events in 2023,” said Chicago Street Race President Julie Giese.
