Any advantage we can provide our customers, any way we can offer further support and help facilitate success, we’ll go for it. Sometimes, it’s providing additional warehouse space at our own facility like we did for our customers at L’Oreal, other times it is a much simpler solution.
Simple like providing customized packaging for their product. For one of our loyal customers, we package their stainless steel drums in boxes with their logo on them.
And, to scratch our itch of going the extra mile, we even specify which drum is packaged inside the box by marking on the outside of the box whether the enclosed is an open or closed head container. This way, once our drums are delivered to our customer, they can easily select and ship the correct drum to their customers.
Printing information like this on packaging might seem like a small task, but it is one that most of our competitors wouldn’t do.
